yamizi's slimming challenge day-18 01.02.09

Here it goes:-

breakfast:- 1 packet of dried prawn mee that comes with lean meat

lunch:- vegetarian buffet with assorted dishes and fried rice (ate quite a lot 'cos curry is to my taste)

snack:- 1/2 of mandarin orange and some slices of a big pear and a glass of don't-know-what drink from Food#03

snack:- 1 packet of Yeo's lemon barley drink, some pineapple tarts and dried crackers

late night dinner (way pass supper time!):- a type of assorted fried rice from Food#03, a can of Marinda orange squash!!!
