It's a bad start after pass midnight! A late supper with Neo (self declared 最佳损友)!
past midnight:- 1 plate of hokkien prawn mee, 1 big glass of sugar cane juice, sharing BBQ stingray and some fried prawn stuff
(P/S: Tonight's Tien's Machine Challenge I think I sure die)
breakfast:- 1 bottle of honey drink, some rice with curry, mock char siew and fish and some crispy thing
late lunch:- 1 x chicken cutlet set from Rasa Sayang at Ang Mo Kio S-11, 1 glass of lemon tea
(P/S: I'm out to break Tien's machine!!!)
Dinner:- some white rice, don't-know-mom-bought-from-where roasted chickn, 1 mug of freshly squeezed orange juice
drink:- 1 can of Sprite, 1 can of Podka Apple Tea
Tien's Machine Challenge:-
weight:- 98.9kg
body fat:- 30.4%
water:- 50.9TBW
muscle mass:- 65.3kg
metabolic age:- 51
bone density:- 3.5kg
visceral fat: 15
Drop in total body weight, body fat, metabolic age but increase in water retention. Tien believes that my drop in weight is due to the fact that I usually wear jeans to take the weight but this time round I wore a 3/4 khaki pants.
