Here it goes:-
breakfast:- 2 slices of banana cake from Bengawan Solo, 2 bottles of Yakult
lunch:- 1 box of salad from Food#03, 2 apples
snack:- 4 calcium biscuit with chocolate
workout:- swam 20 laps!!!!!!! but only manage to do 2 proper chin ups
very late dinner: 1 set of curry rice from Food#03 (and I tell you it's really very nice), 1 pizza (that stretched pass midnight)
Tien's machine challenge:-
weight:- 98.8kg
body fat:- 31.2%
water:- 50.3TBW
muscle mass:- 64.4kg
metabolic age:- 52
bone density:- 3.5kg
visceral fat: 15
From now on, I will record down all stats that had been taken from Tien's machine and hence I name it Tien's machine challenge! It's quite fun as in, I will do tarot and numerology readings for other people and before Tien close shop, he will do my reading. I have lost 800 grams and I'm proud of myself to have gone swimming =P
