Here it goes:-
breakfast:- white rice with vegetarian curry chup chai, fish, crisps, hushbrown, honey drink
lunch:- 1 box of pasta (sort of black/green in colour), 1 box of salad from Food#03, 1 can of F&N blackcurrent with aloe vera
ver late dinner:- 2 packets of myojyo instant chicken flavour mee with egg and ikan bilis, 1 packet of Yeo's not-so-sweet chrysanthenum, 2 mugs of HL strawberry milk
