yamizi's slimming challenge day-29 12.02.09

Here it goes, catching a flu and not feeling excited over meat:-

breakfast:- 4 x lotus seed paste buns

lunch:- half box of fried rice and salad each from Food#03, 1 big pear (this was where I sort of losing my appetite)

snack (1700hrs very hungy): 1 x pineapple pie and 3 sotong balls from Old Chang Kee

snack (1930hrs): 1 small cup of smoothie from Food#03

dinner: some white rice with mock salted fish, char siew, curry chup chai, 1 bottle of honey drink

snack: some blinja (don't know correct spelling or not) crackers
