yamizi's slimming challenge day-19 02.02.09

I think only lunch is impressive...:-

breakfast:- 1 plate of assorted fried rice that has egg and some meat with curry chup chai, 1 piece of fried luncheon meat,1 cup of teh-o

lunch:- Food#03's something-like-tomato pasta (which is very tasty), 1 small portion of Food#03's assorted salad

snack 1:- 2 pieces of don't-know-what-berry biscuit

dinner:- white rice with roasted chicken, chai sim with lean meat

snack 2:- some left over roasted chicken meat, 1 packet of Yeo's not-so-sweet chrysanthenum

snack 3:- 2 blocks of chocolate chip ice cream!

before midnight:- 1 can of Marinda orange sqaush
