yamizi's slimming challenge day-36 19.02.09

another eat-a-lot day:-

breakfast:- 1 small box of salad from Food#03

brunch:- 1 bowl of minced meat porridge (cantonese style), some har kau (prawn dumplings?), some siew mai (meat dumplings?), some char siew sor (roasted meat wrapped in crisp?), 1 cup of chilled soy milk

lunch:- 1 box of brown rice set from Food#03

snack: 2 nougats

dinner:- 1 plate of steamed chicken rice (not nice)


Not in good mood today. Anyway, realise there is an increase appetite. Although I still eat meat, however, everything when I eat meat, the mind is having some form of rejection going on.
