Started from quite an early breakfast:-
past midnight:- 1 packet of not-so-sweet Yeo's chrysanthenum tea
breakfast:- 1 box of brown rice with assorted vegies from Food#03, 1/3 mug of Nitrisoy soy milk, 1 1/2 mug of HL strawberry milk
lunch:- 2 small boxes of salad and 1 box of pasta from Food#03
snack:- 1 bowl of dried minced meat, fishball, dumpling mee
dinner:- some white rice with mom's stewed chicken wing with mushroom and soy sauce, 1 mug of freshly squeezed orange juice
supper:- 1 block of chocolate chip ice cream (die!), 1 bottle of yakult
