breakfast:- 1 bowl of minced/lean pork porridge (cantonese style) with an egg, 1 cup of teh-o
brunch:- 1 x MacDonald's hotcake with sausage meal and 1 medium size iced milo
snack:- a glass of smoothie from Food#03
dinner:- white rice, roasted herbal chicken (the other half of it from yesterday's), stir-fry vegies with mushrooms and lean meat, 1 packet of Yeo's not-so-sweet chrysanthenum, 1/2 salted duck egg
