yamizi's slimming challenge day-34 17.02.09

Still hungry!:-

past midnight:- some diced rock melon

breakfast:- 1 packet of not-so-nice-to-eat vegetarian bee hoon that comes with mock char siew and some crispy thing, 1 mug of soy milk

snack:- some peanut biscuit and peanut nogurt from Macau (courtesy of colleague's wife who just came back from Macau)

lunch:- 1 box of fried rice and 1 box of pasta from Food#03

snack:- a few sips of hot Milo
