yamizi's slimming challenge day-30 13.02.09

Here it goes!:-

breakfast:- 1 set of nasi lemak that comes with ikan bilis, coconut milk rice, fried chicken wing, otah, fried egg

late lunch (1500 hrs):- 1 plate of roasted chicken rice

dinner:- 3 x yakult, 1 steamed corn with Snowflake margarine spread, 2 x yam paste buns, 3 bottles of chilled mom-made chrysanthenum (not drinking all of them at one shot)

supper: a type of eggplant meal with salad at Food#03



Tien's machine challenge:-

weight:- 98.6kg
body fat:- 31.1%
water:- 50.4TBW
muscle mass:- 64.4kg
metabolic age:- 52
bone density:- 3.5kg
visceral fat: 15

Less 200 grams! =P

I think could have been more, if not for the roasted chicken rice and that I didn't swim today.

Grr...
