yamizi's slimming challenge day-20 03.02.09

Today not so good too:-

past midnight:- 1 can of Marinda orange squash! (I've been drinking this although I prefer F&N's...)

breakfast 1:- 1 lotus seed paste bun, 2 don't-know-what-berry biscuits

breakfast 2:- white rice with tofu, chup chai, honey-glazed chicken wing with curry on them, 1 cup of teh-o


lunch:- 1 box of Food#03's salad with 2 types of sour sauces, 1 apple, 1 pear!

snack:- 6 don't-know-what-berry biscuits

dinner:- 2 packets of Myojo chicken flavour instant mee made dry with egg, ketchup, oyster sauce, ikan bilis
