yamizi's slimming challenge day-31 14.02.09

Breaks!:-

breakfast:- chinese style fried carrot cake, 1 bottle of chilled mom-made chrysanthenum drink

lunch:- white rice, some steamed fish, luo han zhai (some kind of assorted vegie dish), roasted herbal chicken (courtesy of my bro), a slice of chocolate cake, 1 salted duck egg

dinner:- tempeh burger with cheese filling and smoothie from Food#03
