yamizi's slimming challenge day-22 05.02.09

Not a good day:-

breakfast:- 1 piece of something-like-pancake but had it cold from Food#03, 3 slices of banana cake from Bengawan Solo (my mom likes it), 1 packet of Yeo's not so sweet chrysanthenum

lunch:- 1 box of salad and (I think is) mushroom cream pasta from Food#03

snack (DIE):- a few of each: otah, grilled chicken wings, fish cake, satay (courtesy of the colleague who just got promoted)

dinner:- some bread that comes with this soup that taste like tomato soup with raw mushrooms in it, 1 dragon fruit, 1 pear and date drink, all from Food#03

supper (haha):- 1 small plate of fried egg with tomato (my favourite nowadays), 2 bottles of yakult
