Here it goes:-
past midnight:- 1 bottle of Yakult, 1 Banana
breakfast:- white rice with vegetarian char siew, crisps, fish, curry chup chai, 1 bottle of honey drink
lunch:- vegetarian bee hoon, curry, mock chicken liver (??), yu sheng
snack:- 5 x fried sotong balls (lol), 1 1/4 mug of HL strawberry milk
dinner:- 1 x Food#03's salad, 2 slices of fried egg, 4 x fried sotong balls (I don't know how come so many balls), 1 piece of lean meat in a chup chai that my mom had cooked
supper: 1 x Food#03's salad
