yamizi's slimming challenge day-5 19.01.09

Let me recall what I had eaten!:-

breakfast:- vegetarian fried noodles with hashbrown and springroll l

unch:- 1 mug of milo and 5 slices of Gardenia wholemeal bread spread with Snow margarine

late dinner (due to overtime at work!):- some lettuce that mix with 2 slices of fried egg and some ketchup with it, 1 apple, 1 I-don't-know-what's-it-call-in-English-fruit

misc:- 2 bottles of mom brewed chrysanthenum
