Here it goes:
breakfast:- white rice with vegetarian mock fish, some crisp, spring roll, curry chup chai, 1 bottle of honey drink
brunch:- 1 can of A&W Root Beer, 1 cup of iced teh-o, 1 serving of fan choi
lunch:- 1 bottle of honey drink, 1 packet of roasted pork with char siew rice plus an egg
'dinner':- 2 cups of peppermint tea
I didn't have my dinner because after the lunch, I felt nausea and no appetite for the whole evening.
I took the special weighing machine at Food#03 again. Surprisingly, after my days of junk-eating, my weight now is 99.5kg! I had lost 300 grams! My muscle mass is now 65.8kg as compared to 65.9kg. Fat percentage from last week's 30.9% to 30.3%. Metabolic age also dropped from last week's 52 to 50.
