very sian

Due to the lack of discipline that make me show little results in slimming down, I've decided to suspend this diary for the moment. Among other reasons of being very angry and disappointed with someone.

In whichever case, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Tien and Jennifer from Food#03 and KK who's a regular there for been ever so supportive. I am not giving it up totally but doing at a much slower pace. I prefer a more subtle and reserved approach because I had had enough of certain ridicule or even to say temptations to break my promise.

One of these days when I'm free and less negative mindstate in the head, I might consider to carry on with this. There are no guarantees as everyone else around me knows that I never fulfill my promise when come to getting fit and slimming down.

Meantime, take care.

yamizi's slimming challenge day-47 02.03.09

another mundane day...:-

breakfast:- 1 bottle of honey drink, some white rice, vegie curry, mock char siew, crisp cracker, mock fish

lunch:- 1 packet of chicken rice that comes with an egg and some roasted pork

late dinner:- 2 packets of Myojo instant chicken mee with an egg and ikan bilis, 2 packets of Yeo's chrysanthenum tea

I believe I will stop these entries soon and restart some time later. Really very mad with someone and this anger has incensed to the extend of explosion.

the mundane meal...:-

past midnight:- 1 bottle of mum-made chrysanthenum tea

breakfast:- 1 packet of white fried carrot cake

dinner:- 2 bowls of rice, mum-made yong tou hu with meatballs, fishballs, chicken nuggets, roasted pork, steamed fish, 1 bottle of mum-made chrysanthenum tea

snack:- blinjah (typo?) crackers , 2 bottles of yakult


I have to be honest that I'm losing the heat and drive in maintaining the vegie meal...

Another day of meat:-

breakfast:- 1 packet of wanton mee

lunch(?):- 1 can of Podka Apple Tea

dinner:- 2 plates of don't-know-what-yellowish-but-tasty fried rice, 3 cups of a type of drink that taste like apple, some type of black colour chicken that taste sweet and sour, some you tiao with fish filling, some other fried stuffs which can't be bothered to type

supper:- 2 bottles of mum-made chrysanthenum tea, 2 packets of Myojo instant chicken mee with an egg and ikan bilis
